Referee Program
Develop as a referee — at your own pace
Refereeing can be a daunting first step for young players. Our Referee Mentoring & Incentive Program pairs new officials with seasoned mentors so they can build confidence and skill — without undue pressure.
Mentors support new referees as both Assistant Referees (ARs) and Center Referees (CRs) across our House and Select programs — setting students up for success, including, if they choose, advancing to adult division matches.

Rates depend on division, age group, and your level (Apprentice or Proficient).
