IMPORTANT
Kindly ensure the acquisition of jersey deposit cheques, post-dated to the final day of play in April. The deposits should only be refunded upon the return of the jerseys. Your prompt cooperation in submitting your team names to the coordinator is greatly appreciated.
If you decide to enlist an assistant coach, it is imperative that they have a completed criminal records check on file with SYSA. Additionally, we request that assistant coaches familiarize themselves with all policies and available support.
For those fortunate enough to have a parent volunteering as a team manager, please direct them to this page for information. It is crucial to bear in mind that player information, including contact details, is treated as confidential.

COACHING TIPS
Maintaining coaching stoppages within the 60-90 second range cultivates both your own message clarity and your players’ undivided attention. Concentrating each practice session on a singular theme, such as defensive pressure or finishing, enhances the effectiveness of your instruction, enabling optimal absorption. Remember, addressing all team issues comprehensively within a single hour isn’t feasible – simplicity is key.
Ongoing support is always available by contacting our Technical Director at:
